客户问题

版型：rp-box-rk3566

系统：linux5.10 内核sdk 编译系统

问题描述：运行安卓SDK11 可以切换对应cpu频率，运行rk-linux 5.10 SDK 编译固件无法正常切换

cpu 节点注册情况如下：

正常应该有对应sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_cur_freq 节点确认对应频率

debug启动日志中报错
